Can I Enter Non English Character Sets Like Chinese, Arabic, Korean etc ?

To use our products with non English Character Sets :

Procedure for Windows 7, 8 & 10 
1. Click Start | Control Panel | Clock, Language Region |Region And Language |Region |Administrative Page |

2. Click [Change System Locale] button. Open the Current System Locale combo box and select the appropriate Character set that you want to use.

3. Click [OK] to close all open dialogs. If you are prompted to Restart the computer, click [Yes].

You should now be able to input and display with your chosen language set.

Procedure for Windows Vista
1. Click Start | Control Panel | Clock, Language, and Region |Region And Language Options |Administrative Page |

2. Click [Change System Locale] button. Open the Current System Locale combo box and select the appropriate Character set that you need use.

You should now be able to input and display with your chosen language set.

IMPORTANT : Ensure that the language set here is exactly the same as your input language. For example if you input in “Chinese Traditional (Hong Kong SAR)”, then this is the language you must set in the Windows control panel for [Change System Locale].

Troubleshoot : Some text items in my invoice do not preview or print correctly

Got to your invoice or document template design. Select the item which do not print correctly and check its “Use Default Charset” properties as shown below :
