– At the main screen , click the [Documents] button in the main tool bar
– Change the documen type to “Stock Receipt”
– Click the [Add] button. If you earlier raised a Purchase Order for this delivery, you can select “New Stock Receipt From Another document” and select the relevant PO. Otherwise, just select “Add New Stock Receipt”
– Select your vendor and complete the details of the items you received in the body of the Stock Receipt.
– Save or close the stock receipt and this will update your stock balance on hand
